We recommend booking today to reserve your products at the best rate. If you need to make edits to your booking you can do so within 10 days out by calling one of our experts at (425) 406-3813.

Once you select the dates for your trip, add the items you’d like to rent to your reservation. Complete your reservation through the check out process by providing your contact information, shipping destination and credit card information.

You can cancel or update some components of your order at any time before your order is processed (10 days before your trip).

Eddie Bauer Gear Rental ships via FedEx anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Orders can be shipped to your home, hotel, or even 10,000+ FedEx or FedEx affiliate locations.

All orders are shipped via FedEx and you’ll receive your tracking number when your shipping label is created. It may take 24 hours after your shipping label is created for FedEx to update your tracking info. Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date by 8:00PM. If you have specific shipping requirements please contact our support team by emailing rentals@eddiebauer.com or call us at (425) 406-3813 between 9 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time.

Place your items back in the box they were shipped in and adhere the free included return label. Drop off your box at any FedEx or a FedEx affiliated shipping location by 11:59PM on your return date (selected at reservation). We’ll let you know via email when your order is received at our warehouse.
