All reservations are free upon booking. Your card will not be charged at check out, it will simply be held on file. You will not be charged for your reservation until your order is processed (10 days before your trip).*

Once you select the dates for your trip, add the items you’d like to rent to your reservation. Complete your reservation through the check out process by providing your contact information, shipping destination and credit card information.

*Payments are processed 10 days from your reservation.

Your credit card will be charged 10 days before your selected delivery date. If you book less than 10 days before your delivery date, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Once your credit card is charged, your booking is final and your order is shipped.

You can cancel or update some components of your order at any time before your order is processed (10 days before your trip).

Eddie Bauer Gear Rental ships via FedEx anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Orders can be shipped to your home, hotel, or even 10,000+ FedEx or FedEx affiliate locations.

All orders are shipped via FedEx and you’ll receive your tracking number when your shipping label is created. It may take 24 hours after your shipping label is created for FedEx to update your tracking info. Your order will be delivered on or before your selected delivery date by 8:00PM. Place your items back in the box they were shipped in and adhere the free included return label. Drop off your box at any FedEx or a FedEx affiliated shipping location by 11:59PM on your return date (selected at reservation). We’ll let you know via email when your order is received at our warehouse.
